Transferring from e-BOOK to The New ECB Portal


We are proud to announce the new ECB Portal. We have been working over the past several years to create an updated platform that puts all vehicle and ECB product information, ordering, and subtrade maintenance at your fingertips.


1) You will receive an e-mail to your debtor account e-mail address. This is the address order confirmations, or invoices usually go to. If you haven't received an e-mail please check your spam filter. 


2) Click on the unique link in the e-mail. This will redirect to a page that prompts you to establish your password for security purposes. Please keep username and password handy for other computers within the business that will use the new ECB Portal.

 

3) If you didn't receive an e-mail and know your username please follow this link to sign in


4) Once signed in please refer to this step by step guide below to navigate the new ECB Portal, how to search a vehicle, or how to set up a sub-trade.

If you have problems with the new ECB portal, you can still access e-BOOK here or click on the orange banner on the top of ECB Portal. This will remain active for the next 90 days.
